Terms of Service

By accessing or using EcomBrowser ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and others who access or use our e-commerce tools (including AI-powered tools), APIs, autonomous agents, and related services.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to safeguard your credentials and remain responsible for any activity under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies or show suspicious automated activity.

EcomBrowser is an e-commerce platform. It provides e-commerce tools such as marketplace research and seller tools, and AI-powered tools including language models, image generators, code creators, and autonomous agents. You acknowledge that output generated by artificial intelligence models ("AI Content") is probabilistic and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or incomplete data. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated outputs prior to commercial or critical deployment.

Access to tools is governed by a credit consumption system. Credit costs per tool operation are explicitly stated within the application dashboard. Subscribers receive a monthly allocation of credits. Unused credits roll over or expire depending on your plan tier. Purchases of add-on credit packs and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree not to use the Platform to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or AI weights. • Bypass token consumption rate limits or exploit security vulnerabilities. • Generate spam, malware, phishing content, hate speech, or explicit illegal material. • Scrape data or train competing artificial intelligence models without explicit written permission. Violations of this policy will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.

The Platform structure, logos, UI designs, tool architecture, algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of EcomBrowser and its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EcomBrowser grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business or personal creative purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcomBrowser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruptions. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Platform is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount paid by you to EcomBrowser in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material updates via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance. You may cancel your account at any time via the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations.
