End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement covers the EcomBrowser desktop browser for Windows (the “Software”), published by EZDAL LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. By installing or using the Software you accept it, together with the Terms of Use.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your own business research. The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Restrictions
- Don’t copy (except for installation), sell, rent, lend, sublicense or distribute the Software or its tool modules.
- Don’t reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or remove or bypass signatures, licence checks or usage limits, except where the law expressly allows.
- Don’t use it in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Updates and modules
The Software updates itself and downloads signed tool modules from our servers. Updates may add, change or remove features. Which tools you can use depends on your account and plan.
4. Open-source components
The Software includes open-source components (including the Chromium engine via Electron) that are licensed under their own licenses. Those licenses apply to those components and are included with the Software.
5. Data
What the Software sends to us is listed on the Browser data page and in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party websites
Websites you open in the Software belong to others and have their own terms. You are responsible for following them, including rules on automation.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. The disclaimers and limits of liability in the Terms of Use apply to the Software.
8. Termination
This license ends if you break it or if your account is closed. You must then uninstall the Software.
9. Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA govern this agreement.
